The passing score of the PALS exam is 84%.

 

The duration of the PALS online course varies depending on the individual’s pace of learning. On average, the online portion of the course may take between 30 min to 3 hours. After the completion of the online course, the skill test will take about 20 mins to 1 hour.

If you fail your PALS exam, you can retake it. An individual is allowed to retake the PALS exam multiple times. You can retake it on the same day and schedule a retest within a specified period.

The PALS final exam consists of 50 multiple-choice questions.
